MyGori is the app that allows you to independently and securely manage your domestic water utilities from Gori S.p.A. conveniently from your smartphone, wherever you are.

With MyGori, managing your domestic water utilities is extremely simple:

How to access: Register through the app and log in: in a few minutes, you can use all the digital services tailored for you. If you are already registered on the MyGori web reserved area, use the same credentials (username and password) to access the app.

How to use the services: To use the digital services and features available on the app, associate your domestic water utilities directly from the app. In a few minutes, you will have completed the setup of your profile.

Services available on MyGori:

• Self-reading: Send us periodic meter readings to receive a bill calculated based on your actual consumption;
• Web Bill: Receive the bill directly in your email inbox on the day it is issued. With the Web Bill service, you no longer receive a paper bill and make an ecological choice;
• Bank/postal Domiciliation: Activate bill debiting from your bank account and no longer worry about deadlines;
• Invoices and payments: You can view all your bills, download them, and pay them directly through the app with a credit card, in complete security;
• Request Monitoring: Track the progress of your requests made through the app/web portal, Helpdesk, or Call Center to stay updated at all times;
• Report a fault for your private utility or on public land: You can report a fault related to your private utility, as well as a water/sewer leakage on public land or a malfunctioning water point (water kiosks, artistic fountains, drinking fountains, etc.), to help us provide an ever better service.
